Nachos are the great equalizer. Nobody argues about nachos. You put a tray in the middle of a table and suddenly everyone’s friends again, reaching over each other for the one chip with the perfect amount of everything on it.
We take them seriously. Here’s what’s on ours, what to order alongside, and how to feed a whole group without overthinking it.
Loaded Nachos: The Main Event
Crispy tortilla chips piled with beans, pico de gallo, fresh lettuce, crema and cotija cheese. That’s the foundation and it’s the version people keep coming back for.
The thing about good nachos is coverage. There’s nothing worse than a tray where the top three chips get everything and the rest are naked. Ours are built so you’re still getting the good stuff at the bottom of the box.
And at $4.99 during happy hour, they’re one of the best deals in the city. (More on that in a second.)
Birria Nachos: The Upgrade
If you’ve had our birria, you already know where this is going. That same slow-cooked, chili-braised beef the one that falls apart at a touch piled onto nachos.
It’s rich, messy and completely unreasonable in the best way. If you’re only trying one thing off this list, make it this.
Chips and Queso
Sometimes you don’t need the whole production. Warm, melty queso dip and a basket of chips is its own kind of perfect the thing you order first while everyone’s still deciding what they want.
It’s also the easiest add-on to any order, and it disappears faster than anything else on the table.
Guacamole
Fresh avocado, lime, onion and cilantro. No shortcuts, no weird green paste. Order it with chips, add it to your nachos, or put it on everything we’re not here to judge.
Happy Hour Makes It Better
Here’s the move: our nachos are $4.99 during happy hour, and margaritas are $3.99. We run happy hour twice a day, every day from 3 to 6 PM and again from 10 PM to midnight.
That second window is the one nobody else does, and it happens to be exactly when nachos sound like the best idea in the world. Here’s the full happy hour breakdown.
Feeding a Group
Nachos are group food by nature, so a few notes if you’re ordering for a table or an event:
One tray goes further than you think as a starter, but if it’s the main event, plan on more.
Order queso and guacamole separately so people can build their own bites it keeps the chips from going soggy and everyone gets what they want.
For bigger groups, we cater across Orlando. Chips, salsa, queso and guacamole travel well and are the easiest thing to put out for a crowd. See how catering works.
Where to Get Them

Nachos FAQs
What comes on your loaded nachos?
Crispy tortilla chips topped with beans, pico de gallo, fresh lettuce, crema and cotija cheese. You can add your choice of protein, including birria, al pastor, carne asada, chicken, shrimp or plant-based Beyond Steak.
Do you have birria nachos?
Yes you can get our slow-cooked birria on nachos. It’s the same chili-braised beef we use in our birria tacos and Birria Quesadilla, piled onto chips with all the toppings.
How much are nachos at Tacos My Guey?
Nachos are $4.99 during happy hour, which runs twice every day: 3–6 PM and 10 PM–12 AM. Regular menu pricing applies outside those windows.
How many people does an order of nachos feed?
One order works well as a starter for two or three people. If nachos are the main event or you’re feeding a bigger group, plan on more than one and consider adding chips with queso and guacamole on the side.
Can I order nachos and queso for a party or event?
Yes. Chips, salsa, queso and guacamole are great for groups and travel well, which makes them a popular choice for our catering orders across the Orlando area.
